Fort Riley Stray Facility

If you have found a stray animal on Fort Riley please call the MP's at 785-239-MPMP (6767) and they will bring the animal in.

 

If you would like to surrender an animal, please call us first to make sure we have room available. There is a $52 surrender fee.

 

If you need to claim your animal, please be sure to have current vaccination records with you. All animals MUST be up to date on vaccine (Distemper/Parvo and Rabies) and microchipped before being released to the owner. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $10 animal care fee per day your animal is at the stray facility incl. weekends and holidays.

 

All adoptable animals will have appropriate shots and a microchip upon adoption. If not spayed or neutered at the clinic, you must spay or neuter within 6 months of adoption at your own costs.
